My excited lazy brother

Today is Wei Lip's birthday party, he was excited(I could tell). But yesterday, he thought HE WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS OWN PARTY. All the presents I wrap for the winners of the games also. He didn't help, he just stick to the computer. Most of the party my parents PLAn also, Wei Lip didn't want to plan. And then, bla bla bla.
